Returns and refunds

 

What you need to do.

You need to tell us within 7 days of receiving the items if it is damaged or defective.  When you let us know this we will send you a replacement item if it is in stock at that time, if it is not you, will receive a full refund from us (please see below for the timescale of refunds).  

If you receive a damaged or defective product and do not wish a replacement, let us know at the time of reporting the damage and we will issue a refund instead of sending another item to replace the damaged one.

Please retain any damaged items as we may request that you send it back to us using a prepaid envelope.

When will we accept returns

We will accept returns when the product is damaged or defective when it is reported to us within 7 days of the order being received.

We will accept returns for unwanted items if you tell us within 7 days that you no longer want the item.  We will only accept items back in these circumstances that have not been opened and the seal remains intact, the seal has been tampered with or the packaging is opened we will not accept this as a return.

Timeframe for returns

You must report any damage or defective product within 7 days of receipt of the item.

You must tell us within 7 days of receiving any unwanted items you wish to return it to us.

The 7 days limit is for informing us, not for returning the item back to us.  In regards to damaged items, we will send a prepaid envelope for the return of the item/s.  In regards to unwanted items, you will be responsible for posting it back to us. We recommend using a ‘signed for’ service or recorded postage to do this.

Timeframe for refunds

Damages and defective items.

We will issue a refund to the card you paid for the item with.  A typical refund can take 5-10 days to be processed.

A refund will be initiated once we receive the damaged or defective goods back.

Unwanted items

Once we receive the items back from the customer and assess the item to ensure it is still sealed and undamaged we will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping to the card you paid for the item with.  A typical refund can take 5-10 days to be processed.

 

Items Returned by Post office

Any items returned by the post office as ‘unclaimed’ or ‘undeliverable’, where we have addressed the package to the exact address given by the customer on the online ordering site.  

We will contact the customer if this happens and offer one of two options: 

1.  We will offer a refund minus any postage charges and mark the order cancelled

2.  We will offer to resend the package to either the original address or an alternative address the customer may give us.  

To resend the package we will charge the standard postage rate appropriate to the package being send, this will need to be paid before the package is resent, an electronic invoice will be sent for this charge. Once the postage is paid the package will be resent.
